Died: May 18, 2013 in Sandersville, GA

Mrs. Webster was the only child of Emma Pearl (Skipper) Brooks and Fox Brooks.
She is survived by her husband Reid Webster, truck driver for Howard Sheppard, Inc.
Plus their daughter Crystal and son Charles and Charles finance Salina Haddock, Aunt Edna Coburn of Georgia and Uncle Arther Lee Bruner of Ft. McCoy, Florida and brother-in-law Brian Schoepflin and his wife Judith.

She graduated from Florida Jr. College in Jacksonville, FL and worked at a trucking company, plumbing company and Sears Warehouse in Jacksonville. She has worked at Goody’s and IGA deli-bakery in Sandersville. She was recognized as employee of the quarter at IGA.

Mrs. Webster grew up on Bruner Island in Jacksonville, Florida and lived there 37 years.
She moved with her family to the farm in Sandersville in 1994. During her 19 years on the farm, she raised chickens and Boer goats, birthing over 900 baby goats over the years.
She cared for her mother Emma Pearl Brooks for many years prior to her death.

Gayle was as loving wife and mother. She loved music, science fiction, reading, beading, genealogy, history, art, flowers, the rodeo, people and her friends.

She will be missed by all.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 in the Zeta Cemetery in Tennille. Rev. Jim Dunn and Rev. Gary Mimbs will officiate.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 – 7PM at the May and Smith Funeral Home, 1119 Riddleville Road, Sandersville, Ga.
