Betty Flury Beck

Ms. Betty Flury Beck, age 78, of Sandersville, died Friday, April 27, 2018.  A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 1 ^st at 2:00 p.m. at Washington County Memorial Gardens.  Reverend Randall Thomas will officiate.

Ms. Beck was born in Hancock County, the daughter of the late Arthur Jewell Flury and the late Bessie Louise Boyer Flury.  She was raised in the Methodist Church and worked for Grumman Aero Space in Milledgeville.  Ms. Beck is predeceased by her son, Troy Beck and her granddaughter, Samantha Adams.

Survivors are her children, Claude Brookins Beck Jr. of Sandersville and Teresa B. Adams Barlow and her husband Kenny of Milledgeville; brothers, John Earl Flury of Los Angeles CA., and Larry Thornton Flury of Coraville, Iowa; and sister, Roberta Adams of Milledgeville.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville.
