Betty Jean Lanthrip Williford

Mrs. Betty Jean Lanthrip Williford, age 57, of Sandersville died on Tuesday October 27 at her residence following a brief illness.

Mrs. Williford was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County, the daughter of the late Marlie J. Lanthrip, Sr.,and the late Mattie Lizzie Sellars Lanthrip. She was predeceased by her son, Jeffery Lee Bridges and her siblings, Larry J. Lanthrip, Pat Baucom, Dale Stephens and James Willie Lanthrip. Mrs. Williford was a homemaker and a member of the Kendall Heights Church of God.

Survivors are her daughter, Stephanie Williford Marshall of Sandersville, two grandchildren, Hunter Marshall and Carmen Marshall, two sisters, Connie Usry and her husband Harold of Sandersville, Elaine Lanthrip of Sandersville and a brother, Marlie J. Llanthrip, Jr. and his wife Tina of Sandersville.
