Mrs. Bonnie Jean Walker Macinsky, age 77 of Davisboro, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, October 18, 2024. Her family and friends will cherish her life and memory.
Mrs. Macinsky was born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Gilbert Washington Walker and the late Helen Mildred Lane Walker. Mrs. Macinsky was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time working on her indoor and outdoor flower gardens. She was also a cosmetologist, a hobby she only undertook for her family and for her own enjoyment. Mrs. Macinsky was also a great cook, especially in regards to her preparation of traditional Polish and Ukrainian dishes. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and enjoyed time spent reading the Bible. Above all else, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Jean Rackett.
Mrs. Macinsky is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Steven Alexander Macinsky; son, Steven Alexander Macinsky, Jr. and his wife Carla of Nashville, GA; daughter, Frances Ann Tidd and her husband Jeremy of Buford, GA; grandchildren, Steven Alexander Macinsky III, Saxton Avery Macinsky, Jillian Jae Tidd, and Gavin Jeremy Tidd; 5 nieces, 1 nephew, and many cousins.
