Charles Lee Cook

Mr. Charles Lee Cook, age 28, of 6056 Highway 102 in Warthen died Sunday morning, November 29 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 1 in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville with burial in the Zeta Cemetery in Tennille.

Mr. Cook was a native and life long resident of Washington County. He was a graduate of James Madison High School. Mr. Cook was employed with Fulghum Industries.

Survivors are his wife, Mindy Lee Pearson Cook of Warthen, his mother, Cynthia Evans Hiers of Sandersville, his father, Michael Lee Cook of Tennille, Stepfather, Rev. Tim Hiers of Sandersville, a sister, Jessica Cook Lankford of Tennille, grandfather, Talmadge Lee Cook of Tennille, grandmothers, Ann Purvis Cook of Tennille, Leila Harper Fuqua of Sandersville, great grandmother, Louise Fowler Cook of Tennille, step grandmother, Ruby Lamb Hiers of Sandersville.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Monday.
