Charles "Jody" Roberson

Charles Terrell “Jody” Roberson, age 50, of Ridge Road in Sandersville, died Friday, April 26, 2019, following an extended illness.  A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, April 29 ^th at 11:00 a.m. at Washington County Memorial Gardens with Reverend Tripp Hodges officiating.

Jody was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County, the son of the late Charles Ted Roberson.  He was a former shift supervisor with Burgess Pigment Company.   Jody loved to fish and ride motorcycles and his memory will be cherished by many.

Survivors are his mother, Carol Swint Anderson; brother, Robbie Roberson and his wife Kim; niece and nephew, Amber Roberson and her fiancé Cody Hill and Ross Roberson and his wife Nicole; and his great nephew and niece, Weston Adams and Brooklyn Roberson all of Sandersville.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville.
