Charlie Carlton Dye

Mr. Charlie Carlton Dye, age 81, of Warthen Street in Sandersville, died Friday, May 21, 2010.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00am in the Zeta Cemetery in Tennille with Rev. Jim Dunn and Rev. Danny Thomas officiating.

Mr. Dye was born in Pulaski County the son of the late Johnny B. Dye and the late Ruby Mae Grimsley Dye. During much of his life, Mr. Dye worked in the textile industry and also was an employee of Lapp Insulator. He is predeceased by his wife Emma Lussier Dye.

Survivors are his sons, Alan B. Dye (Mary) of San Antonio TX, and Randy P. Dye of Eatonton, grandchildren, Tara Dye, Ashley Dye, Jennifer Dye and Danielle Dye and brothers, Jessie Dye of San Diego CA., and Clifford Dye of Sandersville.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 6pm at the May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville.
