Christina Buckholts Garner

Christina Buckholts Garner, age 61, of Milledgeville, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 16 ^th at 3:00 p.m. at the home of Holly and Liz, 4412 Kaolin Road, Tennille.

Tina was born and reared in Hialeah, Florida, where she graduated from Hialeah High School. Following high school, she relocated to Washington County, where she married and began raising her family.  She worked as a physical therapy assistant as well as a dialysis technician. Lately, Tina has been known as the "peanut lady”, managing the Hardy Farms on South Harris Street in Sandersville. Tina loved crafts, sewing and especially painting.  She was a "Walmart Shopping Specialist" and a true people person, never meeting a stranger. Tina possessed a great love for her children and especially her grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, Thomas F. Buckholts and Adrienne Hanson Buckholts.

Survivors include her significant other, Dewayne Fraley of Milledgeville; children, John Garner (April) of Sandersville, Holly Garner (Liz) of Tennille and Jamicah Davis (Bruce) of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Isabella, Nicholas, Easton, Abby, Sarah, Kodie, Aiden and Novy; siblings, Tommy Buckholts, Willie Buckholts (Susan) and Robbie Buckholts (Rhonda) and a special friend; Sylvia Stanton-Canty.
