Clara Duvall Webb

Mrs. Clara Duvall Webb, age 80, of Sandersville, died on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in the Extended Care Facility in Sandersville.  A memorial service for Mrs. Webb will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 11 in May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville.  Dr. Terry Duvall will officiate.

Mrs. Webb was a native of Green County Georgia, the daughter of the late Reverend Owen Lewis Duvall and the late Gladys Self Duvall.  She was a graduate of Green County High School and she attended Abraham Baldwin College and Valdosta State College.  She was a Master 4-H Member.  Mrs. Webb was the retired owner of Southern Safety Supply Company in Macon and a member of the Macon Business Women’s Club.  Mrs. Webb was a member of Clayton Baptist Church and the Agape Sunday School Class.

Survivors are her husband, John Patten Webb, Jr. of Sandersville; son, John Andrew Webb and his wife Beverly of Sandersville; two grandchildren, John Zachary Webb (Kelli) and Sara Webb Crawford (Chase); three great grandchildren, John Owen Webb, Cole Lewis Webb and William Finn Crawford.

The family suggest donations be made to Georgia Association of Agricultural Fairs Scholarship Fund, P. O. Box 696, Sandersville, Georgia 31082.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 1:30 until the hour of service and also following the service.
