Claud Cox

Mr. Claud Edward Cox, age 82, of Ocala, Florida died on Thursday, September 1, 2016, following an extended illness. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 11, at Brownwood Cemetery. Reverend Burton Dixon will officiate.

Mr. Cox was a native of Washington County, Georgia, the son of the late Marion and Louise Cox. He was a retired salesman for Radio Shack.

Survivors include: his wife, Jackie Cox of Ocala; two sons, Ed Cox and Lamar Cox both from Ocala, Fl; brother Cecil Cox of Tampa, Fl.; sister, Winifred Townsend of Kite, Ga.; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

The family suggest donations be made to Woodside Baptist Church, 2450 NE 28th Street Ocala, Florida 34470.

May and Smith Funeral Directors in Sandersville is in charge of the arrangements.
