David Ernest Brown

Mr. David Ernest Brown, age 53, of Sandersville died Monday, September 27, 2010 in the Medical College Hospital in Augusta.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 30, in the First Baptist Church of Sandersville with burial in the Brownwood Cemetery in Sandersville. The Rev. Lee Lacey and Rev. Marlon Lastinger will officiate.

Mr. Brown was a native and life long resident of Washington County, the son of the late Julius Attis Brown and the late Margaret Renfroe Brown. He was a sales and service representative for the Washington Electric Membership Cooperation. Mr. Brown was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sandersville. He was predeceased by a brother, Donald Robert Brown.

Survivors are his wife, Connie B. Brown of Sandersville, a daughter, Cera Elizabeth Brown and a son, Cyle Mansfield Brown both of Sandersville, two brothers, Billy Brown and his wife Cecille and Tommy Brown both of Sandersville.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday.
