Elmer Wommack, Iii

Elmer Wommack III, age 60, of Greensboro died Thursday, January 31, 2013 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday February 3 in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville with burial in the Riddleville Cemetery. Rev. Sam Allen will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jason Wommack, Michael Hart, William Hart, Jonathan Hart, Austin Shadoan and Justin Robbins.

Mr. Wommack was a native of Atlanta, Georgia but had lived in Greensboro for a number of years. He was a graduate of Clarkston High school and had served in the United States Army Reserve. Mr. Wommack was a boat lift repairman.

Survivors are his parents, Robert Elmer Wommack, Jr and Eunice Wommack of Eatonton, a brother, Mike Wommack of Eatonton, a sister, Viki W. Shadoan and her husband Steve of Suwanee and seven nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 2:00 P.M. Sunday until the hour of service.
