Frances Hodges Englert

Mrs. Frances Hodges Englert, age 88, of LaPlace, Louisiana passed away on Friday, March 15, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 21st, in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville with the Rev. Jeff Cook officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. on Thursday until the hour of service.

Mrs. Englert was a native of Washington County, the daughter of the late Huel Hodges and the late Annie Lou Hodges. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Ruth Boatright, Frank Hodges and Thelma Hodges Chapman.

Survivors are: her children, Gregory Englert and his wife Amarna of LaPlace, and Preston “Tony” Englert and his wife Deb of Washington, D.C.; grandchildren, Dustin Englert and Gregory Englert, Jr.; and a great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Englert.
