Frank Larry Boyd

Frank “Larry” Boyd, age 86, passed away on October 30, 2026, at his residence peacefully surrounded by his family. A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Zeta Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the cemetery.

Larry was born June 10, 1940, in Baldwin County to Frank Marcus Boyd and Mary Frances Elton Boyd. He was a lifelong resident of Washington County. He graduated from Tennille High School in 1959. Larry served in the United States Air Force. He was a printer by trade and owned and operated various printing establishments throughout his lifetime. Larry also worked in the kaolin industry. He was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed attending car shows and restoring old cars. More than anything else, he loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them.

Larry is survived by his children, Brenda Bonner (Patrick) of Oklahoma and Dennis L. Boyd (Kalin) of Tennessee; grandchildren Eyan Bonner, Kaden Boyd and Landen Boyd; siblings Carolyn B. Leverett (Kenneth) of Sandersville, Sandra B. Boldin (John) of Sandersville and Mark Boyd (Denise) of Riddleville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
