Frankie Jones

Mr. Frankie Jones, age 59, of Milledgeville, formerly of Sandersville, died on Friday, May 6, 2016, in a Macon hospital following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 10, in the Sisters Baptist Church in Sandersville with burial in the Sisters Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend Jason Loggins will officiate.

Pallbearers will be: Shane Johnson, Lance Smith, Jason Bryan, Daniel Veal, Casey Henry, Alan Kitchens, and Patrick Aflerback.

Mr. Jones was a native of Baldwin County, Georgia, the son of the late Thomas Jones and the late Addie Bell Miller Jones. He was a lab supervisor and crude haulage coordinator for Imery's Kaolin Company with thirty nine years of service. Mr. Jones was a member of the Sisters Baptist Church.

Survivors are: his wife, Jackie G. Jones of Milledgeville; a son, Ben Jones and his wife Jenna of Milledgeville; a daughter, Amy Jones Eller and her husband Jason of Augusta; three grandchildren, Kole Eller, Kennedy Eller and Eli Jones; a brother, Thomas C. Jones of Milledgeville; a sister, JoAnn J. English and her husband Benny of Milledgeville; and a niece, Monica Morrow.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Monday evening.
