Harriett Elizabeth Tanner

Mrs. Harriett Elizabeth Bryan Tanner, age 94, of Sandersville died Tuesday morning November 25 in the Green Acres Nursing Home in Milledgeville following an extended illness.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday November 28 in the Riddleville Cemetery in Riddleville. The Rev. Roy Smith will officiate.

Mrs. Tanner was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County, the daughter of the late Barney B. Bryan and the late Eula Johnson Bryan. She was the wife of the late Harold Stevenson Tanner, Sr. and was preceded in death by her son, Harold Stevenson “Red” Tanner, Jr. Mrs. Tanner was a homemaker and a member of the Riddleville Baptist Church.

Survivors are her daughter, Bonnie Tanner of Sparta, three grandsons, Tony Stevenson Tanner of Milledgeville, Patrick Glen Smith and Neil Christopher Tanner and a daughter in law, Joyce Tanner of Milledgeville.
