Harry Glenn Toole

September 5, 1920 — December 25, 2012

Mr. Harry Glenn Toole, age 92, formerly of Riddleville, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012, at the Tennille Retirement Home following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 28th, at 1:00pm at the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Brownwood Cemetery with Masonic Rites. The Rev. Billy King will officiate and pallbearers will be Trey Waller, Tim Waller, Rodney Waller, Dustin Moore, Ben Adams, David Lanthrip and Nathan Adams.

Mr. Toole was a native of Washington County the son of the late George Carlton Toole Sr. and the late Mary Lou Hood Toole. He was a longtime resident of Macon where he spent a career in sales retiring from Land-O-Lakes. Mr. Toole retired to Washington County and was a member of the Riddleville Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Mr. Toole was a Master Mason and a former member of the Macon Lodge prior to being a member of the Tennille Lodge. He proudly served as a Mason for over 65 years. His wife Georgia Mae Adams Toole predeceases him.

Survivors are: his daughter, Glenda T. (James) Grimes of Lake City FL; granddaughters, Tonda G. (Perry) Connell of Nashville and Christie G. Sloan of Alachua FL; great-grandchildren, Dustin (Alyson) Moore, Heather (Matt) Graham, Jennifer (Glen) Riddle, Jessica (Anthony) Brawdy, Christian Boria and Liv Sloan; and two great-great- grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the hour of service at the Funeral Home on Friday.

Donations may be made to the Tennille Retirement Home Resident Care Fund, 525 N. Main Street, Tennille, GA 31089.
