Helen Robinson Etheridge

Mrs. Helen Robinson Etheridge, age 78, of Tennille, died Wednesday, July 07, 2010 at the Washington County Extended Care Facility. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Friday, July 9th at the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside committal services will be private. Rev. Mark Jones and Dr. Milton Dwelle will officiate.

Mrs. Etheridge was a native of Washington County the daughter of the late Marvin L. Robinson and the late Lesie Johnson Robinson. She was a retired licensed practical nursed having worked at the Washington County Regional Medical Center and for Dr. William Helton. She was a member of the Tennille Baptist Church and is predeceased by her husband Minor Jackson Etheridge Jr.

Survivors are her children, Victor Etheridge DMD (Dorothy) of Sandersville, Kay E. Jones (Reese) of Waynesboro and John Etheridge (Jane) of Augusta, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great great grandson, and her brother Wade Robinson of Sandersville.

The family will be at the residence of Vic and Dorothy Etheridge 210 Linton Forrest Dr., Sandersville and will receive friends Friday following the funeral service at the funeral home.
