Mr. Ronnie Veal, age 59, of 803 Betty Street in Sandersville died Thursday December 4 at his residence.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday December 6 in the Zeta Cemetery in Tennille. The Rev. J. Emory Lindsey will officiate. Pallbearers will be Billy Rhodes, Wayne Day, Kevin Morris, Tommy Redfern, Russell Meeks and Mike Logue.

Mr. Veal was a native and life long resident of Washington County, the son of the late James Hilliard Veal and the late Zimmie Stephens Veal. He was a line foreman for the Washington Electric Membership Corporation. Mr. Veal was a member of the sisters Baptist Church. He had served in the engineer battalion of the Georgia National Guard.

Survivors are his wife, Joy Veal of Sandersville, two sons, Josh Veal of Brunswick and Daniel Veal of St. Simons, two grandchildren, Sara Jane Veal and Alexis Veal, three sisters, Ellen Simpson, Marie Snow and Corrine Snow all of Milledgeville, a brother, Floyd Pounds of Tennille.
