Jason Hooks, age 41, of Tennille, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Serenity Hospice in Dublin following an extended illness. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Zeta Cemetery in Tennille. Reverend Danny Thomas and Reverend Joe Crosby will officiate. The family ask that mask be worn, and social distancing practices be followed.
Jason was a lifelong resident of Washington County, the son of the late Joseph Leonard Hooks. He was a member of Sandersville First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors are his mother, Pamela May Hooks of Tennille; sisters, Sarah H. Osburn and her husband Brian of Dublin and Amanda R. Poff and her husband Benjamin of Lebanon, TN; and nieces and nephews, Owen Osburn, Ford Joseph Osburn, Evelyn Poff and Chloe Poff.

May and Smith Funeral Directors in Sandersville is in charge of the arrangements.
