Jimmie Sue Wehrwein

Ms. Jimmie Sue Gates Wehrwein, age 75, of Sandersville, died Tuesday, October 24, 2017, following an extended illness. A graveside memorial service will be held in Tyler Town, Mississippi at a later date.

Ms. Wehrwein was born in New Orleans, LA., the daughter of the late James Gates and the late Mildred Boggon Gates. She was a long time resident of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi before moving to Sandersville to be near family. She was a retired sales associate for Walmart.

Survivors are her children: Avis K. Davis and her husband Danny of Sandersville, John Kicklighter of Sandersville, Becky K. Wallace of Lena, Mississippi, and Scott Kicklighter of Tennille; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
