John Seaborn Harrison

John Seaborn Harrison, age 86 of Grayson, GA, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Loretta Harrison; son and daughter-in-law, John & Rhonda Harrison; daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia & Gary Ward; his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Harrison was a graduate of Mercer University Law School and received his degree in law in 1955. He practiced in Decatur for many years and retired from his firm John S. Harrison Attorney at Law. He also served as Assistant State Attorney General early in his career. Mr. Harrison loved boating, was in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, and served as Flotilla Commander for one term.

The Graveside Service to honor and celebrate the life of John Seaborn Harrison will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 12:00 PM at Harrison Baptist Church Cemetery, Harrison, GA.
