Joshua Aaron Moore, Sr.

Mr. Joshua Aaron Moore, Sr., age 26, of Tennille died on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 12th, at 2:00 P.M. in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Chad Waller will officiate.

Mr. Moore was a native of Washington County, the son of the late Willard Lewis Moore and the late Frances Umbreit Moore. He was a certified welder and a corrections officer for the Georgia Department of Corrections. Mr. Moore attended the Victory Central Church.

Survivors are his son, Joshua Aaron Moore, Jr. of Tennille; a brother, Henry Jason Moore and his wife Jane of Dexter; a step sister, Amanda McNeely Brown of Louisiana; a niece, Bethany Lauren Moore; and two nephews, Julian Michael Moore and Jason Logan Moore.

The family will receive friends at the May and Smith Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service.
