Linda "Gail" Phillips

Mrs. Linda Gail Phillips, age 77 of Peach Farm Road, Davisboro, passed away at her residence on Thursday, April 16, 2026, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Phillips was born in Winter Garden Florida, the daughter of the late Olmis Morgan and the late Aileen Frazier Morgan. She was a Vet Tech with Ashely Animal Hospital in Winter Garden. She and her husband of 58 years, Bill moved to Washington County in 2010. Mrs. Phillips loved animals of all varieties. She enjoyed working with her rose bushes and was a collector of all things Native American and dragonflies. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Lori Morgan, and twin brother, Dale Morgan.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband, Bill Phillips; daughter, April Hutcherson of Taveres, FL; son, Troy Phillips (Tracy) of Chatsworth; granddaughter, Airanne Garcia; great granddaughters Penelope and Adrian Garcia; brother, Melvin Horton; and sisters, Kim Morgan and Donna Morgan.
