Lisa Caryn Curry

Lisa Caryn Curry, age 49, of Jefferson Georgia, died on Monday, February 11, 2019 in Athens following a sudden illness. Funeral services for Caryn will be held at 2:00 P. M. Saturday, February 16 at Piney Mount United Methodist Church near Tennille with burial in Zeta Cemetery in Tennille.  Reverend Jim Dominey and Reverend Mike Bankston will officiate.

Caryn was a native of Washington County and a graduate of Washington County High School Class of 1987.  She was a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics.  She was associated with Wayne Farms Poultry Production.  Caryn was a member of the Georgia Agri Leader Forum in 1994.  She was a member of Piney Mount United Methodist Church.  She had been a participant in art shows with her crochet work.

Survivors are a daughter, Annalise Jewel Dominski of Jefferson; husband, James Dominski of Jefferson; mother and father, Frances L. Curry and Jerry R. Curry of Tennille; sister, Alicia Curry Young and her husband Nathanial of Statesboro; and a niece, Margaret Young.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Friday. The family suggest in lieu of flowers donations be made to Piney Mount United Methodist Church for the Caryn Curry Memorial Scholarship Fund, P. O. Box 1061, Sandersville, Georgia 31082.
