Little Jimmy Lindsey, Jr

Little Jimmy Lindsey Jr., age 59, of Tennille, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022.  A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, May 26 ^th at 2:00 p.m. at May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel.  Reverend L.T. Logue will officiate.  The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service.

Jimmy was a native of Washington County and reared in Tennille, the son of the late Little Jimmy Lindsey Sr. and the late Wanda Elaine Barnes Lindsey.   He attended Washington County public schools and worked for Tennille Red and White.  Jimmy started his working career with his father at the city of Tennille and joined the Georgia National Guard.   He later worked for AICC, Smith-Sheppard and CVB.  Lastly, Jimmy worked as truck driver for Sellars and Arcilla.  His favorite pastime was hunting and fishing.

Survivors are, his wife Deborah Owenby Lindsey; sons, Jason Lindsey and his wife Scarlett and Steven Lindsey and his wife Kena; grandchildren, Mathan Lindsey and Meriel Lindsey; brothers, Mark Lindsey and Allen Lindsey and his wife Ann; and his nephew, Thomas Lindsey and niece Alex Lindsey.
