Lois Janssen Wetherell

Mrs. Lois Janssen Wetherell, age 73, New Tennille Rd. Harrison, died Saturday, November 8, 2008. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, November 11th at 11:00am at the Piney Mount United Methodist Church. Rev. Jim Dominey will officiate.

Mrs. Wetherell was born in Berkshire Massachusetts the daughter of the late William E. Janssen and the late Anna Mae Lauren Janssen. She was a homemaker and member of the Piney Mount UMC where she was active in the United Methodist Women’s group. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society. Mrs. Wetherell is preceded in death by her husband Harold Gilbert Wetherell.

Survivors are her children, Elaine W. Nguyen (Tri) of Harrison, Mark A. Wetherell of Beverly Hills FL., Joyce M. Phaneuf Wetherell of Harrison, and Nancy Lynn W. Richardson Wetherell of Daytona Beach FL., eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, her sister Eileen Rathbun of Pittsfield Mass., and her brother Edzard Janssen (Kay) of Danbury Conn.

The family will be at the Wetherell residence 2386 New Tennille Rd. Harrison and they will receive friends following the memorial service at the church.
