Lucy P. Baugus Smith

Mrs. Lucy P. Baugus Smith, age 96, of Warner Robins, formerly of Washington County, died Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday at 12 noon in the Harrison Cemetery in Harrison. Rev. Roy Smith will officiate.

Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late Arthur Eugene Baugus and the late Mary Etta Octavia Chapman Baugus. She was a home maker and a former member of the Faith Baptist Church in Tennille. She is preceded in death by a daughter Barbara Ann S. Boyd and a granddaughter Pamela Durry.

Survivors are her children, Aline S. Denman of Pea Ridge AR., Catheline S. Dobson (Roy), Louise S. Tallant and Arthur J. Smith all of Warner Robins, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren and one great great great grandchild, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday prior to graveside services from 10 to 11 am at the May and Smith Funeral Home.
