Mable L Attaway

Mable Lucille Weeks Attaway, 97 of Sandersville, GA died January 3, 2021 following an extended illness.  Mable was born October 5, 1923 in Bonifay, FL to Kent and Francis Weeks. She is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lorrie Attaway Vaughn. She is survived by a son, Lloyd Attaway and his wife Joan of West Jefferson, NC; daughter, Mollie Jean Abrams of Sandersville, GA; grandson, David Harris and his wife Regina of Sandersville, GA; granddaughter, Rebekah Attaway of Ashville, NC and a great-granddaughter, Mattie Harris of Enterprise, AL.

Mable was a retired personal caregiver and had lived in Sandersville over 40 years. She loved her family dearly.  She was a good cook and a loving grandmother to everyone she met.  Most of all Mable was a devout Jehovah’s Witness who will be remembered by all who knew her for her great love of sharing the good news of God’s Kingdom with others.

Due to COVID-19 an in-person visitation will not be held.  Memorial services will be held via Zoom video conference Friday January 8, 2021 at 7:00 PM .  The Zoom meeting number is 327 462 9747 and the password is 362899.
