Mandle Charlie Waters, Sr.

Mr. Mandle Charlie “M.C.” Waters, Sr., age 73 of Milledgeville died Friday October 7, 2011 in Milledgeville. Graveside funeral services will be held in the Brownwood Cemetery in Sandersville at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 13th. The Rev. Chris Mayhew will officiate.

Mr. Waters was a native of Washington County, Georgia, the son of the late Charlie Albert Waters and the late Maude Lee Caraway Waters. He was a retired mechanic for Shaw Industries.

Survivors are his wife, Rose W. Waters of Milledgeville, his children, Mandle C. (Susie) Waters, Jimmy (Nancy) Waters, Randy (Deborah) Waters and Frank (Necie) Waters all of Tennille, Laura Smith of Sandersville, Marjorie (Randy) Adams, Lynn Anderson and Caylin Ricks all of Milledgeville and Connie (Tim) Phillips of Wrightsville, three sisters, Reba Brown and Delia Denton both of Tennille and Mary Lanthrip of Dry Branch, a brother, I. J. Waters of Milledgeville. , several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday.
