Marcia Morse

Marcia Jean (Jeannie) Buchanan-Morse, age 73, passed away at her residence in Harrison, GA Monday, March 7, 2021. She was born September 1, 1947 in Orlando, FL to Lloyd and Gertrude Buchanan.

Jeannie loved to take pictures and tell stories. She spent many hours researching genealogy and tracking family history. She liked to find treasures thrift shopping, so she always had a trunk full of extra items she shared with visiting hunters and their families. You could always count on a good home cooked meal at Jeannie's house.

Jeannie is survived by her husband Michael Morse; brother Wayne Buchanan, sister and husband Barbara and Charlie Jones, brother and wife Lloyd "Binky" and Pat Buchanan; her son and wife Bobby and Amanda Schimansky, her son Steven Schimansky, her daughter and husband Rebecca and Dana Forsberg, and her son Mike Morse; grandchildren Bo, Victoria, Hanna, Alexis, Austin, and Grady; plus 3 great grandchildren and her many nephews and nieces. All of these she loved and touched deeply.
