Marcus Glenn Fountain

Mr. Marcus Glenn Fountain, age 65, of North Augusta, SC., died Saturday, August 26, 2017 at his residence.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 29 ^th at 2:00 p.m. at Josey Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.  Reverend Newman Clark Smith, Jr. will officiate.

Mr. Fountain was reared in Louisville, the son of the late Marcus Lamar Fountain and the late Quanita Pulliam Fountain.  He was a longtime resident of North Augusta and worked in construction.  He possessed a great love for his family and friends and will be missed by many.

Survivors are: his daughters, Ruth Fountain Cain and her husband William of Irmo, SC., and Shalena Fountain McCoy and her husband Jammy of Sandersville; grandchildren, Parker Cain, Jackson Cain, Ridge McCoy, Emalee McCoy, and Bailee McCoy; and siblings, Connie F. White and her husband Gary, Debra F. Black and her husband Willard, Ronnie Fountain, Teresa Titsworth and her husband Bob, Jeffery Fountain, Donavon Fountain and Cindy F. Bailey.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the church social hall.
