Mary Boone

Mrs. Mary Boone, age 90, of Tennille, died on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at Oconee Nursing Home. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, July 22 at Brownwood Cemetery in Sandersville. Reverend Danny Yates will officiate.

Mrs. Boone was a native of Washington County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Will McCoy and Lena Simmons McCoy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Aubre Boone, Sr. and sons, Aubre Boone, Jr. and Barry Boone. Mrs. Boone was a retired seamstress for Royal Apparel.

Survivors include: daughter, Gloria Closser of Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Jean Boone of Tennille; grandchildren, Clark Closser, Jr., Cole Closser, Clay Boone, Wesley Garner, and Raymond Garner.
