Mary Crabb Harrison

August 12, 1916 — July 5, 2008

Mrs. Mary Crabb Harrison, age 91, of Tennille, died Saturday, July 05, 2008 at the Heritage Inn Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, at 11:00am at the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Zeta Cemetery in Tennille. Rev. J. Emory Lindsey and Rev. Jim Dunn will officiate.

Mrs. Harrison was born in Johnson County the daughter of the late George Riley Crabb and the late Rebecca Jane Brantley. She was retired from the Washington Manufacturing Company and was a homemaker. Mrs. Harrison was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and she is predeceased by her husbands Melvin Brown and Eston Harrison and her sons Linton Brown and Larry Brown.

Survivors are her sisters Bernice Bussell and Bessie Mae Smith both of Tennille, grandchildren, Larry Brown of Cumming, Michelle Clay of Dublin and Lynn Brown of Milledgeville, and great grandchildren, Preslee Clay, Cortnee Clay and Heather Howard.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Donations may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene Building Fund, P.O. Box 801, Sandersville, GA. 31082.
