Mary Morgan Page

Mary Morgan Page, age 15, of Sandersville, died Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 30th, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Sandersville with burial in the Brownwood Cemetery. The Reverend Chad Waller will officiate. Members of the Washington County High School Air Force R.O.T.C. will be serving as active and honorary pallbearers.

Morgan was born in Sandersville on December 11, 1997 and was a freshman at Washington County High School. She was active with the Jr. R.O.T.C where she was the recipient of many awards. Morgan also participated in Dance at Washington County High. She loved music, cooking and her beloved cats. Morgan is predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Robert Billy Page.

She is survived by: her mother, Mary Shannon Page of Sandersville; her father, Albert M. Austin of Thomson; siblings, Alexander Makel Austin and Caleb Micah Page both of Sandersville, Christian Antonio Revera of Augusta and Savanna Lashley Austin of Thomson; maternal grandmother, Mildred Page of Sandersville; paternal grandmother, Anna L. Austin of Augusta; paternal grandfather, Pedro B. Austin of Panama; maternal great- grandmother, Betty “Mema”Page of Wrightsville; an uncle, Michael A. Austin of Augusta; an aunt, Jeannette Downing of Fort Brag, NC; and her boyfriend, Christopher Bonner of Sandersville.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 to 6pm at the May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville.
