Maude Dupree Carroll

Mrs. Maude Dupree Carroll, age 92, of Davisboro died Thursday January 20 in the Extended Care Facility in Sandersville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday January 23 in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville. The Rev. Keith Williford and Rev. Roger Holley will officiate with burial in the Davisboro City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be the grandsons.

Mrs. Carroll was a native of Harnett County, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Mack Dupree and the late Jeanette Holmes Dupree. She was the wife of the late Loraine Gardner Carroll. Mrs. Carroll was a retired in home care giver and a member of the Kaolin Church of God.

Survivors are her three daughters, Rachel Carroll Gonce of Ninety Six, SC, Irma Carroll Ramsey of Greenwood, SC, and Brenda Carroll Jackson of Sandersville, sixteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and fifteen great great grandchildren, a sister, Riddley Young of Angier, NC and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Saturday.
