Michelle Jackson Yates

Michelle Jackson Yates, age 31, of Sandersville, died Friday, May 21, 2010. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am at the First Church of the Nazarene with burial in Zeta Cemetery in Tennille. Rev. Danny Thomas and Rev. Lamar Brantley will officiate.

Michelle was born in Richmond County the daughter of the late Robert Lee Jackson. She was a lifetime resident of Washington County and a former sales clerk for Dollar General.

Survivors are her children Robert Dylan Yates and Linda Danielle Yates, her mother Linda E. Jackson all of Sandersville, brothers, Michael Kitchens (Doris) also of Sandersville and Randal Jackson (Teresa) of Fitzgerald, sisters, Becky Meeks (Neil) of Sandersville and Rhonda Prosser of Milledgeville, nieces and nephews, Courtney Napier, Megan Meeks, Melanie Meeks, Mark Anthony Johnson and William Sanders Johnson, aunt and uncle, Billie Martin (Joe) of Davisboro and Thomas Jackson (Susan) of Tennille and cousins William Joseph Martin and Randal Scott Martin (Tina).

The family will be at the residence of Michael and Doris Kitchens 120 Peach Farm Rd, Sandersville and will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8pm at the May and Smith Funeral Home.
