Nell M. Wolfe

Mrs. Nell Wolfe, age 96 of Sandersville, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Washington County ECF. A graveside funeral to celebrate her life will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Washington County Memorial Gardens with Reverend Eddie Wiggins officiating.

Mrs. Wolfe was born in Lexington, the daughter of the late Benny and Lottie McCannon. She worked at Royal Manufacturing in Sandersville and enjoyed working in her garden. She was a member of Sisters Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joe D. Wolfe; daughter Jeanette Doerchect, granddaughters, Renee Wiles and Teresa Wiles; sisters, Doc, Sue, and Lean; and brother James and John.

Mrs. Wolfe is survived by her daughter, Joanne Wiles (Johnny) of Sandersville; and grandsons Billy Wiles and John Wiles.
