Patricia Beddard Clare

Mrs. Patricia Beddard Clare, age 84, of Tennille, died on Thursday, October 27, 2016, at her residence. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 31, 2016 at St. Williams Catholic Church in Sandersville. Father Stephen Pontzer will officiate.

Mrs. Clare was born and reared in Warrington England, the daughter of the late Ernest Beddard and the late Edith Cullen Beddard. She became a legal secretary and worked for a law firm in Cornwall England prior to moving to the United States with her husband Gordon in 1981. While living in Tennille, Mrs. Clare was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. She became a dog breeder, raising and showing Boxers. Mrs. Clare is predeceased by her husband Gordon Michael Clare.

Survivors are: her children, Mark Clare and his wife Karen of Halifax England and Berenice C. Everett and her husband David of Tennille; grandchildren, Dillon Clare, Emma Clare, Nicolas Everett and Michaela Everett.

The family will be at the Clare residence on Wommack-Brantley Road, South of Tennille and they will receive friends following the funeral mass at the church.
