Paul Wayne Denning

Paul Wayne Denning, age 71, passed away December 12, 2014. He was born January 04, 1943 in Gordon, Georgia to Alice Wood and Aaron Burney Denning.

Mr. Denning retired as manager for design and construction from Texas Gas Transmission Corporation.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Rosalyn Padgett Denning; sons, Brannon Padgett Denning (Allison) and Warren Lewis Denning; grandson, Edward Ingram Denning; sister, Marjorie Adams; and brother, Donald Denning.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 25th, in the Brownwood Cemetery in Sandersville.
