Pauline Cooper Eubanks

Mrs. Pauline Cooper Eubanks, age 79, of 193 South Brown Street in Oconee died Tuesday, September 22, in the Washington County Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 4:30 P.M. Friday September 25 in the Antioch Christian Church in Oconee with burial in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Eubanks was a native of Laurens County, Georgia , the daughter of the late James Franklin Cooper and the late Addie Lee Godfrey. She was the wife of the late Bennett Lamar Eubanks. Mrs.
Eubanks was predeceased by a son, Bennett Lamar Eubanks, Jr. and three brothers, Johnny Cooper, Allen Cooper and J. L. Cooper. She was a certified nursing assistant with Oconee Health Care. Mrs. Eubanks was a member of the Sisters Baptist Church.

Survivors are three daughters, Brenda Joyce Eubanks Burch and her husband Kenneth of Villa Rica, Geraldine Eubanks Miller and her husband Tom of Sandersville and Margie Sue Eubanks Kitchens and her husband Phillip of Sandersville, three sons, Grover “Buddy” Eubanks of Acworth, Clarence Lee Eubanks of Acworth and Roy Lucion Eubanks of Oconee, a sister, Mildred C. Christopher of Oconee, a brother, Eugene Cooper of Oconee, twenty one grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday. The family suggest donations be made to the Antioch Christian Church Cemetery Fund, P. O. Box 40, Oconee, Georgia 31067.
