Peggy Bowen Sheppard

Mrs. Peggy Bowen Sheppard, age 76, of Wrightsville, died on Thursday, August 27, 2020 in a Macon hospital following an extended illness. Funeral arrangements will be private.

Mrs. Sheppard was a native of Washington County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Edgar Bowen and the late Helen Bowen Armstrong. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Bowen Martin.  She was a homemaker and former store clerk.

Survivors are her husband, Larry H. Sheppard of Wrightsville; children, Artie Yates of Harrison, Ken Sheppard and his wife Jeanette of Riddleville and Pam Brown and her husband James of Sandersville; sister, Sarah Bowen Smith of Tennille; and  brother, Donnie H. Bowen of Tennille.
