Phyllis Bradley Poole

Ms. Phyllis Bradley Poole, age 65, of North Anderson Drive, Sandersville, passed away at her residence. Phyllis’ cremains will be buried beside her son’s grave at Tabernacle Methodist Church Cemetery.

Phyllis was born and reared in Washington, Georgia. Her family moved to Washington County when she was a teenager, and she graduated from Washington County High School. Phyllis served her country in the Army National Guard. She was a certified correctional officer for the Georgia Department of Corrections. Phyllis loved all animals, especially cats and dogs. She was often seen feeding animals that had no home. Earlier in her life, dancing was one of her favorite hobbies. Phyllis is predeceased by her son, Phillip Pray Poole; her first husband, Phil Poole; mother, Evelyn Christine Jackson; father, Sam Bradley; step-father, David Jackson; and her brother, Dewayne Bradley.

Phyllis is survived by extended family and friends.
