Robert "Bobby" Renfroe

Mr. Robert Neal “Bobby” Renfroe, age 68, of Sandersville, died on Thursday November 19, 2020 in the Charlie Norwood Veterans Hospital in Augusta. A private memorial service for family only will be held.  The family will greet friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 21. They ask that mask be worn, and social practices be followed.

Mr. Renfroe was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County, the son of the late John William “Johnny” Renfroe.  He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Clayton Renfroe and his daughter, Rosalyn Brittney Callaway. He was a graduate of Washington County High School and a Navy veteran of the Viet Nam Conflict.  Mr. Renfroe was a retired lab technician for Imerys Kaolin Company.  He was a member of Sisters Baptist Church.

Survivors are, his mother, Ann McNeely Renfroe of Sandersville; brothers, Mark Timothy “Timbo” Renfroe and his wife Susan of Sandersville, and Charles Michael “Duke” Renfroe and his wife Pam of Sandersville; one niece and three nephews.
