Ruland Henry Creel

Mr. Ruland Henry Creel, age 70, of Sandersville, died on Friday, June 14, 2019, at his residence. A family and friends gathering will be held on Saturday, June 22 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at 5035 Smith Robson Road, Sandersville.

Mr. Creel was a native of Eufaula, Alabama, but had lived in Sandersville for many years.  He was the husband of the late Janice Marie Godfrey Creel and the late Margie Godfrey Creel. Mr. Creel was a master welder and had worked in bridge construction.  He was a former employee of Bryan Welding and Washington County Machine Shop.  He owned and operated Diamond R Deer Processing.  Mr. Creel was an army veteran of the Viet Nam Conflict.

Survivors are his son, Jason Creel of Dothan Alabama; step-son, Kevin Parr of Illinois; step-daughter, B. J. Parr of Wrightsville; and his care givers, Kelsey Cabe and Horace Yates of Sandersville.

May and Smith Funeral Directors in Sandersville is in charge of the arrangements.
