Samantha Zimerla

Mrs. Samatha Lea Zimerla, age 51, of Riddleville, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in May and Smith Funeral Directors' Chapel. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Zimerla was born in Virginia, the daughter of the late Jimmy Pagan and the late Joanne Lewis Brantley. She was a dedicated and hard worker, working as a phlebotomist, as well as other various jobs. Mrs. Zimerla had a gift and love for arranging flowers and loved her dogs. She possessed a loving and giving heart and was always kind to strangers. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren, whom she adored.

Mrs. Zimerla is survived by her husband, Mark; children, Lauren Hendricks of Riddleville, and Matt Hendricks (Katie) of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Joanne Hendricks, Harley Hendricks, and Brantley Hendricks; stepchildren, Alyssa Zimerla, Alex Zimerla, and Alizabeth Zimerla; and siblings, Jimmy Pagan, Jody Pagan, and Tara Guin.
