Sarah Arlene Hartley

Miss Sarah Arlene Hartley, age 80, of 525 North Main Street in Tennille died Wednesday evening October 26, 2011 in the Extended Care Facility. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 28th, in the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church near Tennille. The Rev. Jarrett Burch and Rev. Andy Yates will officiate with burial in the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Glenn Hartley, Hodges Hartley, Bill Hartley, Joe Hartley, Thomas Hartley, Joseph Hartley, Matt Hartley and Jim Latimer.

Miss Hartley was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County, the daughter of the late Arlie Linton Hartley and the late Sarah Lavenia Lindsey Hartley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.

Survivors are a brother, Lambeth “Buddy” Hartley and his wife Bernice of McDonough, a sister-in-law, Nancy Hartley of Tennille and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church from 10:00 A.M. Friday morning until the hour of service.
