Sherrie Ann Wimbley

Ms. Sherrie Ann Wimbley, age 56 of Kaolin Road, Tennille, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 at her residence. The family will have a private celebration of her life.

Ms. Wimbley was born in Milledgeville, the daughter of the late Harry James Williams, Sr. and Tillie Screws Williams. She was a homemaker and enjoyed talking on the telephone and watching mysteries on television. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Wimbley.

Ms. Wimbley is survived by her mother, Tillie Williams of Tennille; son, Ashley Bridges and his wife Julie of Tennille; daughter, Keely Wimbley and her fiancé Seth Lindsey of Sandersville; grandchildren, Natalie Bridges, Zachery Bridges, Vivian Bridges; sisters, Amy Michelle Irvin, and Quaniqua Williams; brother, Harry James Williams, Jr.; and Kevin Newborn, who was like a son, and his wife Mackenzie and his children, Timothy Kyle Newborn, Mila Jade Newborn and Kendall Joanna Newborn
