Stanley Edward Williams

Stanley Edward “Stan” Williams, 58, of Warthen Georgia passed on February 2, 2024, following a brief illness. Visitation (covered dish) will be held on Saturday, February 24 at 12:00pm at Sisters Baptist Church.  A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Zebulon Community Church located at 7266 Knowles Chapel Road, Sparta, Ga.

Stan’s life began in Sandersville GA. His family relocated to Texas in 1976. He was a craftsman working many years in his family’s business. Stan had a passion for the outdoors and a soft spot for his furry “friends”.

Stan is survived by his son, Stormy (Katie) Williams and grandchildren, Emery and Luke, Houston TX; son, Hunter Williams, Pittsburgh PA; parents, Edward and Jane Williams; sister, Cecelia (Kelly) McCormack, Denton TX; brothers, Ashley Williams, Ardmore OK and Jamie (Linda) Williams, Pigeon Forge, TN; nieces and nephews; and special family friends, Laura and Ken Wilson.

Stan is preceded in death by grandparents, Alton and Winifred Williams, and Ethan and Lottie Nicholls.
