Susie Rhodes Bilimoria

Mrs. Susie Rhodes Bilimoria, age 68 of Sun City passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Brightmoor Nursing Center.

Mrs. Bilimoria was born on June 29, 1955, in Sandersville, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Rhodes and Faye Shurling Rhodes; aunts, Newell Thompson and Amie Pearson; uncles, Jack Shurling, J.W. Rhodes, Sam Rhodes, Tommy Rhodes.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Bomi Bilimoria; daughters, Farrah Bilimoria, Sheila Bilimoria, Ava Bilimoria; sister, Deborah “Debbie” Rhodes; aunts, Betty Sue Rhodes, Jackie Overman, Mary Exer Shurling; cousins and best friend, Carlene Johnson; sisters-in-law, Manisha, Freny, Nergish; many cousins, one nephew and one niece survive. She is also survived by many friends and neighbors in Sun City Peachtree, Macon, Tennille, and Sandersville that will miss her deeply.

Susie was known by everyone who knew her to be the friendliest, most helpful person you would ever meet. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend to all. She was loved by her neighbors who had become a special part of her life. Susie was an advocate for women’s education and the food bank ministry.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home with Dr. Chester Fontenot officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, 1891 W. McIntosh Road, Griffin, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
